Loving It: Recycled Jewelry!

Oh, how I love Etsy for introducing me to such fantastic finds off the beaten path.  What I'm loving at the moment is sustainable Favor Jewelry by Monica Reed.  Aesthetically, the pieces are simple, clean and elegant.  They'd look great with anything from a long, breezy maxi dress or khaki shorts and a tunic.  For summer, they are perfection.  Responsibly, Favor Jewelry reclaimed metals and Reed's silver and 14K golds are certified 100$ recyclable.  Lastly, price-wise Favor is totally affordable.  Most pieces run between $60-80. 

Snack Time: Sahale Snacks (yum!!)

Recently my family and I took a road trip to Texas to visit my father and siblings.  Being that this was our first really long trip with the kids, I knew I had to do some planning to ensure the kids were occupied, comfortable, and satisfied in terms of snacks.  Thankfully, around this time I was sent Sahale snacks to try- they were a big hit with everyone!

Sahale natural gluten-free snacks are gourmet nut blends in savory seasoned and sweet glazed varieties.  It's like your trail mix grew up and got all worldy and sophisticated on you.  I'm partial to the sweet ones- especially the Pomegranate + Vanilla Cashews.  The flavor is there but it's not overpowering.  These snacks are easily my new favorite healthy and delicious snack option.  And they're not just great for taking on the road.  I would take them to work, the beach, hiking, etc.  The Sahale website even offers suggestions for wine and cocktail pairings.  This will come in handy as I love to share my new finds- what better time to do that than when entertaining?
